Ingredients
- 1 large scone, halved
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon of apricot jam
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Pinch cinnamon powder
- Honey (extra to serve)
Method
- Place halved scones on plate.
- Spread with honey.
- Place apricot jam on top and top with banana.
- Sprinkle banana with cinnamon and drizzle with extra honey to serve.
