This is a lovely healthy way to start the day. Easy and quick to prepare so no excuse for missing breakfast.

You can jazz up the yoghurt with a pinch of cinnamon or even vanilla for a dessert.  We have used a premium muesli with nuts for added protein.

Ingredients

  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • 40g Muesli (we used Carmen’s)
  • 20g fresh blueberries
  • 20g fresh raspberries

Method

  1. In a small glass layer half your yoghurt then muesli and top with remaining yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle your fresh berries on top and enjoy!
