These diet books have been developed to help keep you feeling full when watching your weight with a range of foods and ingredients but trying to keep it simple for you. You have a couple of choices on what to have for dinner so you get to chose what you feel like.
Our new diet plans are on top which will have a range of our new recipes and as you go down the page these were developed over the last 2 years.
Each plan has a link to the recipes on our site or most of the plans have an option where you can include all the recipes for you to save as a printable PDF file onto your computer.
