Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt, low fat
- 1 tbsp. honey
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth using a stick blender, add some ice.
- Serve immediately.
