Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¾ cup apple juice
- ½ cup orange juice
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you have used fresh berries add some ice cubes as you want this to be nice and cold.
- Serve immediately.
