This recipe is best if prepared using a juice machine if you have one. If a stick blender is used instead, the drink will simply have a much thicker consistency.
Ingredients
- 4 small apples, cored
- 2 medium carrots peeled and cut in half
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 Ice Cubes
Method
- Place apples, celery sticks, carrots and lemon juice in the juicer and blend until juiced.
- Serve immediately on ice.
