I joined 12RND Kew after having my second baby and was a little nervous about how intense it might be, would my body be up to it? However the greatest thing about it is that you can start at your own pace, and gradually build up over time as you gain strength and agility. The trainers are there to help you and make adjustments if you are unable to do certain exercises. But most importantly, the model is structured so that you are always pushing yourself to do better each time you come.
