“I cannot recommend The Loft Strength and Flow enough. Before joining, I wasn't exercising at all and always felt really intimidated by gyms. I struggled with motivation and didn't feel confident walking into that kind of environment. A friend gifted me a one month trial for my birthday, so I started with reformer pilates twice a week. From the very first classes, I loved it. The community is so welcoming, the classes are easy to follow, and the trainers are incredibly supportive. They always offer alternatives when needed, which made me feel comfortable and capable even as a beginner. After a couple of months, I finally worked up the confidence to try the strength classes over Christmas, and it was the best decision. I have become so much stronger and fitter, and I genuinely feel better in myself. The trainers push you in the best way and help you build confidence with lifting heavier while still feeling safe and supported. I now go four to five times a week and actually look forward to it. The women who go are so friendly and encouraging, and it has become such a great social outlet for me, especially working from home. I also love being able to track my progress in the app and see how much stronger I am getting. It keeps me consistent and motivated. It has completely changed my relationship with fitness, and being a women's-only gym, I feel so comfortable going.”
