She works well with any limitations such as injuries to make a program that works perfectly for you. She also takes feedback really well, if you don't like a certain exercise, she will find a way to make it work, or switch it for something that does. She has a great home based set up, and if you want to avoid the prying eyes in a gym environment, this is perfect. She is always friendly and kind, and will push you where you need to be pushed, but not to extremes (unless you want that!). Also as a woman in my forties I find a quite like being trained by another 40+ woman!”
