I started at Embrace in October last year with the two week introductory package and quickly discovered this was my Pilates studio of choice in Belconnen. The setting is really lovely with an outlook over Lake G and it's a nice small setting with maximum six in each class. The instructors are great and the owner/instructor Anu is such a great teacher and practitioner. She has created such a lovely and welcoming community. I highly recommend people come and try it out.

I started Reformer Pilates with Embrace when I fell pregnant and quickly became hooked! The instructors are SO great and are happy to tailor my excercises to fit in with where I am up to in my pregnancy (and never made me feel like it was a hassle either)! I'm now 38 weeks, still going a few times a week (until I pop) and I'll be jumping back in as soon as I feel comfortable once bub is born. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to give it a go.

Simply love it. Owner is a really cool guy and genuine always up for a chat and the gym is awesome perfect for a body builder or just someone trying to keep fit more then enough quality equipment. Also love that it's up high with lots of windows letting the sunlight and fresh air in unlike many other gym.
