This recipe is low fat, low sodium, low sugar and low carb.
Ingredients
- 10g butter, no added salt
- ½ leek, washed and sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced long
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10g crumbled feta
- Sprinkle oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat a non-stick frypan with butter and sauté the leek approx 3-4 minutes on low- medium heat, or until softened. Add zucchini and continue to sauté a few more minutes. Sprinkle with oregano then add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook a further minute then serve.
