Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. natural bran
- 1 tbsp. honey
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Place into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
