Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. natural bran
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Place into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
