We have used Chia seeds in this smoothie which are available in all supermarkets in the healthy food aisle. Chia seeds can naturally boost your energy and improve your brain, heart and skin health. Chia Seeds are the richest plant based source of omega-3, protein, dietary fibre and antioxidants available.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. natural yoghurt
- Handful of spinach
- ½ banana, ripe
- ½ tsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk, low fat
- 120g pineapple, fresh
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all smooth.
- Drink and enjoy!
