Unlike some other milk alternatives Almond milk has a pleasant taste with no after taste which is perfect for this drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- ½ cup low fat natural yoghurt
- 8 strawberries
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp. natural unprocessed bran
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender with some ice cubes and blend until all mixed.
- Serve immediately.
