Coconut water is a natural isotonic drink that provides many of the same benefits as formulated sports drinks, including the electrolytes calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium, but in their natural form.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup blueberries (we used frozen)
- 4 strawberries or raspberries
- 1 freshly squeeze orange
- Handful of ice cubes
Method
- Place coconut water, orange juice, blueberries, strawberries and ice cubes in blender.
- Blend for about 1 minute or until blueberries have blended.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
