You can add some crumbled walnuts or fresh blueberries to this dish if you like.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
- Pinch cinnamon
- 50g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Place into a container oats apple juice cinnamon and cottage cheese. Mix until all incorporated then let sit overnight.
- Next morning when ready to serve mix in yoghurt and sliced strawberries. Place into a serving bowl.
