If you dont have any biscuits or crackers for dipping these are great to use. They are also good on an antipasto platter or to serve with a thick pureed soup.
Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal pita breads, cut into triangles
- Sprinkle cajun season mix or sweet/smokey paprika
- Cooking spray
- 100g tzatziki (we used Coles Brand)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced).
- Slice pita in half then halve again then make triangles.
- Place triangles on tray lined with baking paper, spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle seasoning.
- Place in oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until just golden brown. Take out of oven and let stand 2 minutes,will firm on standing.
- Serve with tzatziki.
