Of course this recipe needn't be made with left overs as it is worth cooking from scratch, particularly if you are making more than one.
Ingredients
- 1 mini pizza base – in the supermarket fridge section or pita bread
- 100g Bolognese Sauce (we used leftover mixture)
- 30g Macaroni cooked
- 1 tbsp. pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp. reduced fat cheese
- 1 tsp. parmesan cheese (fresh)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Place 1 pizza base on oven tray lined with baking paper
- Spread pizza sauce over base of pizza.
- Cook pasta as per instructions. Once cooked drain, in the meantime heat in small saucepan Bolognese sauce and then add the pasta. Mix around to coat the past.
- Spread pasta mixture on the base evenly.
- Sprinkle Cheese on top and bake in oven for 15 mins.
- Once cooked take out and place shaved parmesan cheese on top.
