Sometimes we are unable to get hold of fresh fruit during winter, but dried fruit, as used in this recipe, makes a great substitute. Dried fruit packs are located in all supermarkets, usually in the baking aisle.
Ingredients
- 150g Angus Park Mixed Dried Fruit (Prunes, Apricots, Apples, Pears and Peaches)
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1 cup boiling hot water
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- ½ cup natural plain yoghurt
Method
- Place Dried fruit mix into a microwave bowl. Add boiling water and microwave for 5 minutes on high. Take out, add apple juice, stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Place in serving bowls, with yoghurt on top.
- Serve immediately.
