If out of season use frozen mango and if no peaches are available use plums.
Turn this into a cocktail by adding a touch of vodka, dream of being on a tropical island.
Ingredients
- 200g fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 fresh mango (out of season use 1 cup frozen)
- 1 peach, chopped, leave skin on
- 1 fresh lime squeezed
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
- Lots of ice
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until it becomes nice and icy….use more ice if needed.
- Drink immediately.
