If boysenberries are not available feel free to use raspberries or blueberries in their place.
Ingredients
- 50g boysenberries
- 500g low fat milk
- 100g low fat vanilla yogurt
- 5g honey
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined (if you do not have a blender a stick blender or electric hand beaters could be used in their place).
- Place in glasses and serve immediately.
